Walk with God Support

For help with the app, your account, reflections, community features, credits, or an App Store purchase, email support@walkwithgod.chat.

Please include the email address used in the app and a short description of the issue. Never send your password or payment-card details.

Purchases and credits

Purchases are processed securely by Apple or Google. If a completed purchase is temporarily interrupted before credits appear, reopen the app while signed in; the app will verify and finish the pending transaction automatically.

For refund requests, use Apple's or Google Play's official purchase-support process. We can help investigate missing credits when you provide the store transaction ID.

Account access

Use Forgot password? on the Account screen if you cannot sign in. You can delete your account from the app or follow the instructions on our account deletion page.

Safety and privacy

Walk with God is not an emergency, medical, mental-health, legal, or financial service. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Read our Safety Notice and Privacy Policy.
