How to request deletion

You can request deletion of your Walk with God account and associated app data at any time.

1. In the app: sign in, open your Account/Profile area, and use the Delete account option.
2. By email: send a request to support@walkwithgod.chat from the email address used for your account. Use the subject Delete Walk with God account.

What we delete

After verifying the request, we delete or anonymize the authentication account and account-linked application data, including profile information, saved reflections, favorites, conversation history, wallet balance records that are no longer required, and user-generated community content where deletion is legally and technically available.

What may be retained

Some records may be retained where required or permitted for security, fraud prevention, abuse reporting, moderation evidence, accounting, tax, legal compliance, dispute resolution, store purchase verification, chargeback handling, or backup integrity. Retained records are limited to what is necessary for those purposes and are not used to provide an active account.

Processing time

We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days. If we need more information to verify the account owner, we will reply to the request email.

Important notes

• Deleting the app from your device does not delete your account.
• Deleting your account cannot be undone.
• Purchased credits and app data may be lost after deletion.
• Refunds are handled under Apple App Store or Google Play policies where applicable.
