1. Agreement

These Terms govern access to Walk with God: Bible Chat, including the website, mobile applications, Scripture tools, generated reflections, Daily Path plans, community features, credits, and related services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Safety Notice, and Community Rules. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and accounts

The service is not directed to children. You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to accept these Terms. Where local law requires parental or guardian consent, you may use the service only with that valid consent. You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly report unauthorized access. One person may not create accounts to evade restrictions, obtain repeated promotional credits, manipulate the community, or commit fraud.

3. Nature of the service

Walk with God provides Scripture-based information, reflection, prayer prompts, devotionals, practical suggestions, calendars, community discussion, and wellbeing routines. Some responses are generated by artificial intelligence. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, inappropriate, or inconsistent with a particular church tradition. The service does not claim divine authority and does not speak on behalf of God, a church, clergy, or any denomination.

4. No professional or emergency service

The service does not replace a priest, pastor, spiritual father, doctor, psychologist, therapist, lawyer, dietitian, fitness professional, emergency service, or other qualified professional. It does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any condition. If anyone may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services and a trusted person nearby. Do not rely on this service for crisis response.

5. Scripture, traditions, and dreams

Scripture quotations and references are provided for reflection and may use public-domain text. Users should verify important quotations in a trusted Bible edition. Orthodox, Catholic, and General Christian modes are informational perspectives, not official rulings. Dream reflections are not prophecy, divination, fortune-telling, supernatural certainty, or a prediction of future events.

6. Daily Path and physical activity

Daily Path suggestions are general wellbeing ideas. Movement must be adapted to the user's health, ability, environment, and professional advice. Stop activity and seek appropriate help for pain, dizziness, chest pain, fainting, or unusual shortness of breath. Users with medical concerns, pregnancy, disability, or a long period of inactivity should consult a qualified professional before making meaningful changes to physical activity.

7. Credits and digital purchases

Credits are a limited, revocable license to request eligible personalized responses inside the service. Credits are not money, stored value, cryptocurrency, a charitable contribution, or a tax-deductible donation. They cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, resold, or used outside Walk with God. Community chat, Scripture reading, and other features may be free unless clearly stated otherwise.

Mobile purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play under the applicable store terms. Store prices, taxes, currencies, refunds, and purchase eligibility may vary by country. Refund requests for store purchases must normally be submitted through the relevant store. Promotional or welcome credits may be changed, limited, or discontinued and have no cash value. We will not remove lawfully purchased unused credits without a valid reason, subject to mandatory consumer law.

8. Community content

Community messages are user-generated content and are not theological, professional, or safety advice from VIV CRYSTAL SRL. Users must follow the Community Rules and may not post harassment, threats, hate, sexual content, exploitation, child sexual abuse material, self-harm encouragement, violence, fraud, spam, impersonation, illegal content, malware, private information, or intellectual-property infringement.

We may filter, review, restrict, preserve, remove, or report content and may warn, suspend, or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary for safety, compliance, fraud prevention, enforcement, or legal obligations. Reporting content does not guarantee removal. We are not required to pre-screen every message and cannot guarantee that all objectionable content will be detected immediately.

Community stories, testimonies, prayer requests, dream reflections, encouragement, forum posts, comments, likes, and reports are public or community-visible user content. We may use automated systems, AI moderation, human review, community reports, rate limits, and anti-spam checks before or after publication. Content may be published, held for review, rejected, removed, hidden, or limited at our discretion when it appears unsafe, abusive, repetitive, misleading, private, unlawful, off-topic, or inconsistent with these Terms or the Community Rules.

The service may offer limited promotional credits for original, respectful, substantial community stories or for meaningful community engagement such as likes. Forum credits are not guaranteed, have no cash value, are not wages, compensation, a contest prize, or a payment for employment, and do not create an obligation to publish or promote content. We may cap, delay, deny, reverse, or remove forum credits for spam, duplicate text, artificial likes, coordinated manipulation, unsafe content, deleted content, fraudulent activity, technical errors, or abuse. Current reward rules may change at any time and may include daily caps.

9. License for user content

You retain ownership of content you create. You grant VIV CRYSTAL SRL a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, display, moderate, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and legally protect the service. You confirm that you have the rights necessary to submit the content.

10. Prohibited use

You may not misuse the service, bypass safety controls, probe or disrupt systems, scrape content or personal data, automate abusive requests, reverse engineer protected components, manipulate credits or purchases, submit fraudulent receipts, harvest accounts, infringe rights, facilitate illegal activity, or use generated responses to harm, deceive, exploit, or unlawfully discriminate against anyone.

11. AI feedback and reporting

Users should report harmful, offensive, unsafe, or clearly inaccurate generated content. Reports may be used to investigate incidents, improve filters, and enforce these Terms. Do not include unnecessary sensitive personal information in a report.

12. Third-party services

The service relies on providers including Supabase, Railway, OpenAI, Apple, and Google. Their availability and processing may affect the service. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party outages or decisions outside our reasonable control.

13. Availability and changes

We may maintain, update, limit, replace, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free output, permanent retention of history, or compatibility with every device. Users should preserve information they need independently.

14. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access for material or repeated violations, fraud, security threats, unlawful conduct, chargebacks associated with abuse, or risk to users or the service. Where appropriate and legally required, we may provide notice or an opportunity to appeal by contacting support.

15. Account deletion

Signed-in users may request account deletion in the app. Deletion removes or anonymizes account-linked information according to the Privacy Policy, subject to records we must retain for security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, store transactions, or legal compliance. 16. Intellectual property

Walk with God branding, software, design, original text, and service components belong to VIV CRYSTAL SRL or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership. Public-domain Scripture remains subject to its applicable public-domain status; third-party translations remain subject to their respective rights and licenses.

17. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant spiritual outcomes, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted access, or that AI or community content will meet every user's expectations. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

18. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VIV CRYSTAL SRL is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, lost data, lost opportunity, or reliance on AI or user content. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, including mandatory consumer protections or liability caused by fraud, willful misconduct, or other non-excludable grounds.

19. Governing law and consumer rights

These Terms are governed by Romanian law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of residence. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear disputes. Before formal proceedings, users are encouraged to contact support so we can attempt a good-faith resolution.

20. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms for legal, safety, technical, or commercial reasons. Material changes will be communicated through the service or another reasonable method. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
